PE Kit

All children in Reception - Year 2 need to come to school wearing their PE uniform on PE day (Thursday). Our PE uniform consists of:

  • Trainers (Velcro or slip on so that children can put them on/off independently)
  • A pair of navy or black shorts, joggers or leggings (these must be plain)
  • A plain t-shirt in relevant school house colour.

Children are divided into 'houses' and each house has a different colour. T-shirts are available from the school office at £3 each.

Outdoor games take place all year round, weather permitting. For winter months children need a jumper/sweatshirt, a pair of tracksuit trousers or leggings and extra socks.

As part of our return to school policies, children should bring their PE kits to school on the day they have PE only, and take them back home at the end of the day.

All items of clothing, including shoes MUST be marked with the child's name.

If children are not wearing the correct school uniform, a message will be sent home to parents/carers via Arbor/Class Dojo.

Additional items - from school office:

  • Book bags £3.00
  • PE shirts £3.00

Second-hand uniform

Purchasing second-hand school uniforms is budget-friendly and eco-conscious. Here are some suggestions:

  • School Office / PTA: Check with the school office to find out how to purchase pre-loved uniform.
  • Charity Shops: Visit local charity shops that may carry school uniforms.
  • Online Marketplaces: Use sites like eBay, Facebook Marketplace, and dedicated uniform exchange platforms.
  • Community Groups: Join local social media groups where parents sell or trade uniforms.

These suggestions can help save money and support sustainability.
