Nurturing Happy and High-Achieving Pupils at Southbroom Infants’ School

On Thursday 16th April, parents and carers around the country will be receiving place offers for their children entering school for the first time.

While we have all had to make adaptations over the recent weeks and months, one annual constant that we are all still looking forward to is welcoming all our new pupils to their first year of school in September

At Southbroom Infants’ School, located in the heart of Devizes, we pride ourselves on providing a truly friendly and caring environment where every child is given the support they need to meet our high academic standards and develop as confident young learners.

We were recently inspected by Ofsted and were delighted to report that we are a ‘good’ rated school. Among the findings that we found most heart-warming was the praise given to our pupils: “Pupils are typically well mannered and eager to discuss what they enjoy about their school.”

To secure your child’s place at our fantastic and happy school, make sure to accept your offer before 1st May. For those who did not receive an offer of a place at Southbroom Infant's School, you can still appeal the decision. More information can be found here:

To all the young pupils starting school for the very first time in September, we can’t wait to welcome you to our school community!
